Well....Norwegian actually cancelled our cruise reservation (without warning after 6 days), were told the room/ sailing date was no longer available, and the agent litterally hung up on us when we questioned her. Thankfully David Johnson is our agent, and he secured a reservation for us on the same cruise, same room type, and same total bill. We are good to go thanks to David.
