Japhia is always professional, pleasant and informative. I enjoy working with her to get my cruises booked.

David made everything go smoothly

Excellent customer service

Liz answered our questions and when she didn't know, she found out! Great personality.

The agent that was helping me was excellent. Everything about her was very very very pleasant. I believe she should be in your PR department, or the department that takes complaints because she knows how to make people feel wanted, heard, respected. Her name was Victoria Jackson (800) 278-4737; ext: 33520. PS… If you do not believe me, then, you need to call her and act like you’re trying to set a cruise, and you will see that she is very very impressive from the moment she says hello. What a gem you have in her. It seems the Sunday is always out with her…
