Daniel Hammers, my travel agent, was wonderful! He listened to what I was looking for in a cruise to Alaska and searched for a few cruises and ships that would fit. He described the pros and cons of my choices really well according to what I might like so I could easily make a decision. He took the time to search for great rooms on the ship. Daniel thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and made me feel that I can contact him anytime with other questions. Daniel was very professional and friendly! I would definitely contact Daniel again for cruises in the future!
