Typically I give a 5 star rating. However this time around there was a disconnect between me and our agent regarding the timing of our reservation whereby we were expecting that we would be getting double CruisesOnly points, we ended up with only single. The problem was derived from making the reservation one day after the promotion had expired. We were unaware that we had to book the day before in order - which we would have done had we known. The last update we received regarding our request was that we would receive double points. The update did not say it was the last day.
