My personal opinion is that Carlos need a little more training kept having to put me on hold.

Trish was very informative, and pleasant to work with.

Very knowledgeable and helpful rep.

Brian was very patient and helpful. He explained everything in detail and gave us different options. I highly recommend him as your booking agent.

Everything went smoothly with the help of Richard. Answered my questions and guided us in the right direction. Thanks!

It was easy to book online. Had no issues

Your representative, Thomas Hause, timely, researched the availability of a balcony cabin on RCCL Jewel of the Seas for the OCT. 20, 2023 cruises from Cape Liberty to Quebec.Tom was able to book a roundtrip for my wife and I. We have a balcony for the return leg, and may be able to upgrade to a balcony or higher for the first leg of the cruise.

Doc is the best. Leaves no detail to chance. I definitely feel he has our best interests in mind. Will go back to Doc for a 3rd time on next cruise.

Love my cruise consultant!!! Thomas is always so helpful and knows what we like. He is a wealth of information and will always help you make the decision that is right for you!!!

Easy and convenient with help from the agent
