I have booked so many cruises with Drake Koonce. He is knowledgeable, thorough. detail oriented, patient, and kind. You get the message; he is an excellent travel agent. And he is the reason that I keep returning to cruises only!

Cecilia took care of our request very efficiently, actually within two hours. Her response was very professional and she was a good communicator.

Loved the personality of our booking agent, Mark. We were able to take advantage of 2 great incentives which, of course, made us quite happy!

Kina was excellent!! I had a Casino Rewards Certificate which had many challenges trying to be able to take advantage of the offer and Kina did not stop until she was able to use the voucher 100%. She was awesome

Lauren was amazing. She was very helpful and went beyond what she needed to do to accommodate my booking. I’m very pleased with the perks we got and the price.
