Jasmine helped me get all set up as easily as can be. We got disconnected fairly early in the process but when I called back, the other rep was able to find she had already opened a file for me so he could reconnect us. We were able to pick up where we left off. Her service was 5 star. The deduction was for the disconnection.

It was fairly easy, but it left a lot of questions that I might be missing somewhere like what deck are we on? What does the room look like? What is that level, called, if anything, as far as the status of each class of rooms, for better lack of a phrase. It’s very confusing. It says it’s a Bahama Mexican cruise and looking at the map. It’s not any of those at all that I will have to call with questions about or someone could reach me at 954-551-7986. I guess we don’t know where we’re going the itinerary everything says something different than the map does. Thank you so much ! We are looking forward to it, but we would like the questions answered we’ve been looking we can’t find it. Thank you so much again.
