Mitchell Balkin has been our travel agent for several years and more than a few cruises across multiple cruise lines. Over that time, he's gotten to know us well and is good at making our plans come together. He is always friendly, highly knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. We also greatly appreciate how he has steered us in the right direction from time to time, applying his superior knowledge and experience regarding cruise lines, ships, and itineraries to prevent us from making a mistake and thereby ensure our cruise enjoyment and satisfaction. We love working with Mitchell and Cruises Only!
