I was given incorrect information about the gratuities being included in the price. I did not find out until I got my confirmation that it was missing. I called back to cancel the cruise but I had gotten a cruise first certificate and I would have to keep it. I was told I was given a discount of 10% so I could not get the free gratuities as advertised. I was given to a supervisor and she told me the different was only 18.00 and she would give me a credit of 25.00 to cover it. I thought she was going to remove the 10% and give me the gratuities. Again when I got the confirmation I did not see it. I got tired of calling in and not getting a real answer. I should have called NCL.
