We originally booked this cruise on the ship, during our previous cruise. Not sure why or how "World Travel Holdings" ended up being listed as "Travel Agent", and when I called to make a final payment, "cruisesonly" added a $25 processing fee on top of my remaining balance that I needed to pay to MCS. Not what I expected since we actually booked directly with MSC.Also, cruisesonly is now charging more for travel protection compare to MSC travel protection option. Long term, I see less and less benefits of using cruisesonly as my travel agent as I'm now getting a better deal directly from the cruise company.
