I don't have a sing.e complaint here. The staff is very kind and caring. The food is delicious. My therapy is amazing, I love working with all of the team.

Your staff is very friendly and personable. You guys have a very caring atmosphere throughout the entire place. The facility is very clean. The food is pretty good my mom has not had much appitate. We are very happy with the therapy.

I really like Paula she is a very very hands on cna. The therapy here is amazing! The food has been pretty good I think you need more balanced meals tho.

I am so impressed with your admissions team. The three ladies work very very well together and work as one together. They have helped my family with many many things that they are not required to help with. The therapy here is phenomenal. Christina in ST has worked so well with my mother her progress is something that we did not anticipate. PT and OT are wonderful as well the whole team has been so patient with her and gentle with her care. I love crystal cove. I would recommend you guys to anyone that needs help.

Everything has been very good I really thing the staff is very hands on and very kind. You guys all seem to really be educated in your own departments. Therapy is fabulous I love the work outs!

When I came to the facility I requested special equipment that I needed and I want to make me more comfortable in the facility. The therapy is fabulous they are all such a great team! The food has been wonderful! I really love your staff everyone is very kind, welcoming and so helpful!

I love coming back here you guys take such good care of me. Martha is the sweetest nurse and is so patient with me when I can't remember things. The therapy is good good good! I really like them. The food is okay, I don't have a big appitate

Patrick is an awesome therapist, he's probably my favorite. The therapy team is very personable and knowledgeable about their jobs! The nurses are find Miguel is the fastest.

Your facility is beautiful! Your staff gets a tripple F from me, "Fast, Friendly and Fun"! I've been really pleased with everything so far, the staff is very nice and you all seem to genuinely care about all of us.

The admissions team has been so so hands on in helping my mom and I acclimate into the facility! They have continued to work with our insurance issues and anything that has come up I honestly just go to them because I know they are very willing to help me. There has been som issues trying to get a hold of people, the social workers are always "in meetings" so I haven't been able to work well with them. Therapy is going good, little by little she's starting to really progress.
