Seems like a simple egregious money grab. Was storing items for over a decade and paid every month without thought until every few months an increase letter would arrive. To charge almost $120 for a 5x5 is egregious.

Because you raised the prices too often and too much. If you left it at 200 a month you would still have people there, including me. And it's steady money. Now ypu have people leaving and empty units.

Mat and Elenor are excellent. They recently helped me resolve an issue that I had - so helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. Any issues are addressed immediately.
