Because you raised the prices too often and too much. If you left it at 200 a month you would still have people there, including me. And it's steady money. Now ypu have people leaving and empty units.

Mat and Elenor are excellent. They recently helped me resolve an issue that I had - so helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. Any issues are addressed immediately.

The building is very clean and neat. Very well maintained. The manager, Matt, is very helpful and friendly and so is Eleanor.

I have been there probably 15 years. It’s SUPPOSED TO BE CLIMATE controlled. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING and very hot in the building. I spoke with other renters and they to are moving out not only because no air conditioning but rents jumped to high. They will lose a lot of business. The staff there are great but how they stay in that heated office when it’s 85 degrees out is crazy.

I started out with a full 10x10 unit due to rain storms and a messed up roof . I lost better than half my stuff in a full unit . My boxes was full of water so badly it turned a pure white Christmas tree brown
