The price increases are completely out of line. To go from $290 to $600 in a few years is why we left

I am extremely dissatisfied with a leaking storage space. Unprofessional and pushy staff more concerned about their bottom line than running a business that is up to IDPH standards. Customer service is not even an afterthought for the staff who argued amongst themselves over who was panicking.

Very warm welcome and very helpful getting my accounts and storage information setup. I appreciate all the support I got .

While I had no real issues, the gate was often open or not working when came to the location.
