Mice ate a bunch of my belongings and pooped and peed all over my things aswell as water damage on my boxes due to leaks

I am extremely dissatisfied with a leaking storage space. Unprofessional and pushy staff more concerned about their bottom line than running a business that is up to IDPH standards. Customer service is not even an afterthought for the staff who argued amongst themselves over who was panicking.

Very warm welcome and very helpful getting my accounts and storage information setup. I appreciate all the support I got .
