Storage units are fairly priced, “admin” tasks are easily accomplished, billing has been flawless with several reminders.The office staff has always been pleasant and cooperative, and procedures at the different CubeSmart facilities are very similar, thus no confusion…

Unit was clean and easy to access. We felt our possessions were safe and cared for. Move in and out was very easy. If we need a storage unit in the future, we will definitelychoose CubeSmart!

The lady who does the front office at this location was always super helpful and amazing. I liked being able to start and stop my rental whenever I needed. This location was also really clean.

It was very easy to get a storage unit online and the emails with instructions were very helpful. It was easy to find the entry code in the email and subsequently easy to enter the facility (Buchholzer Blvd in Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The facility itself was very clean and well managed. The employees in the office were helpful. The bathrooms in the storage unit were always clean. And when we emptied one of our units, it was very easy to let the employee know that we were finished with the unit. (We still have 2 others there.) Also the app for CubeSmart is very easy to use and link our units to it. Thank you!!
