Immediately, a few months, after moving in our rate was significantly increased. Also, we specifically chose our 1st floor unit because it was right next to one of the access doors on the side of the building unfortunately, that door spent more than half the time out of order and it’s repair was never addressed in a timely manner. Making our visits very inconvenient. The reason we moved is because we found a larger unit at a more reasonable price with access doors at work.

There was only 2 carts available to lug our items back and forth so it was very seldom that I got to use one. I even ended up purchasing my own because that ridiculous. You're supposed to accommodate hundreds of until with 2 carts? Get real. And when we were moving out there was a lady completely blocking the entrance and had the door like taped open and blocked open with cinder blocks and the person on duty allowed ger to do that. Resulting in breaking one of the only 2 entrances that worked out of 3. So now down to 1 very inconvenient.

Clean building, very nice employees, competitive rental rates.

A couple of times back door wouldn’t open.

i love the storage facility but the sales antics are rude. I signed on for $35 a month and I was told it was not a promotional amount. After I got completely moved in, the price jumped to $53 a month which is a 50% raise within 4 months. I voiced my opinion but the management didn't care. I finally had time to move all my stuff to another storage unit. I guess it's better to have an empty storage unit than at least give someone a year before jacking up the prices 50%.

To be completely honest, I would not recommend too smart to anyone due to the fact that when we moved in there was a discount that was supposed to last for 12 months and immediately after we moved in the price went up. And the price continued to go up month after month after month. We had no other options in the area that were close enough hence why we stayed and paid the outrageous bill so no, I would not recommend this place to my family or friends.

Storage units are fairly priced, “admin” tasks are easily accomplished, billing has been flawless with several reminders.The office staff has always been pleasant and cooperative, and procedures at the different CubeSmart facilities are very similar, thus no confusion…
