The staff at the Akron store on 1990 Buchholzer Blvd is phenomenal. Always checked on me and always gave me a helping hand with a smile. I’ll most definitely be back and for sure to tell others.

It was very easy to get a storage unit online and the emails with instructions were very helpful. It was easy to find the entry code in the email and subsequently easy to enter the facility (Buchholzer Blvd in Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The facility itself was very clean and well managed. The employees in the office were helpful. The bathrooms in the storage unit were always clean. And when we emptied one of our units, it was very easy to let the employee know that we were finished with the unit. (We still have 2 others there.) Also the app for CubeSmart is very easy to use and link our units to it. Thank you!!
