The customer service is above and beyond my expectations! I love the warm and gracious atmosphere and knowledge for services pertaining to reasons basically anyone chooses to use a storage unit. Plus the facility is very well kept and maintained.

The entire process involved with renting a space was extremely easy and straightforward, easily done on-line.Customer service via phone conversation by Anthony and Mary was superb, and pricing was very fair. They addressed all my concerns and answered any questions I had.

I found the process of renting to be simple, and the price affordable. The facility is neat, clean, and well-lit. It's great that staff are on site during the day.

No issues. Facility was well kept. Staff was always present when they were needed. No issues getting in or out.

Was not told I had to purchase one of their locks, which was an additional $20. Was not told I needed to provide a copy of my renters insurance in order to complete the move in, was only asked if I had any. There are only 2 carts for people to use to move in and every time you enter you have to input your code, kind of hard to do sometimes depending on what you are moving. Staff was mostly nice and place is pretty clean.

The unit is overpriced. There's no lights in it, or outside of it pointed inward. The lock requirement is absurd, being forced to pay for a proprietary lock, despite the units having the ability to accommodate padlocks, but not being allowed to use one. In addition to being forced to use a proprietary lock, I was not able to be refunded for it upon moving out. The only doors that allowed access to the floor that my storage unit was on were often very slow and on one occasion not functional. The elevator on the only occasion that I needed it was also not functional. The parking lot was not plowed in the winter. It is also very rough, full of potholes covered in gravel and generally what I would consider an unimproved surface.

Office staff was extremely helpful in setting up the account and even more helpful when we turned in our keys. Very clean facility. Easy to access.
