Monthly price is getting to high on the storage unit,changing every 4 to 5 months

Because my storage unit was opend and things were taken without my knowledge and when I found these things to be evident your staff proceeded to talk to me as if I was a lowly person undeserving of mutual respect and kindness

Clean and convenient.

The units are a good size and the building is kept clean. The button to push and the door to exit are tricky to use. My first time there I could not get out. I called the number and left a message, but no one responded.

There was no lighting near my unti and it was impossible to see to remove the lock. I reported the problem to a the on site person, I believe his name is Jeremy, and hi just made excused for not getting the lighting addressed. He was also very demanding and obnoxious about the door being opened to move things I and out. My mover was so frustrated with him that he is going to refuse any pickups or move in to the units. In addition, I moved my things out and had already paid the monthly rental fee and Jeramy said that no prorated refund was given for the overpayment. I would never use of recommend CubeSmart because Jeramy was so difficult to deal with.

Cube Smart is the ideal location and I'm very happy with being treated so well by both Jeremy and Mary!

I have rented in other cube smart locations which were cleaner and nicer . Floors, and doors.The staff here is very good and responsive.
