I was renting a unit for 12 years, you would think you would try and help me out with rent deductible, a reliable never late on payment person, got a couple of my friends here. I had my unit broken into, and the insurance only covered half my belongings, gates didn’t work at times, upped my rent didn’t get nothing.

location, security, access, price all perfect for my needs.

I was robbed and you guys did nothing the person in charge notified me days later and said that there was not reason to make a police report because you guys were gonna handle it but I never got an answer would not recommend

Ida (I think her name was Ida) was very helpful getting me set up for a spot for my car. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and charming.

SERVICE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD AND THE front desk people helpful. Never had any problems with my stuff there.

I wish I could get my stuff with out pay

Angelo at the Girard Blvd in Albuquerque gave us exemplary service, so this low score has nothing to do with him. I would give him a ten out of ten for service.The low score is because our CubeSmart-purchased lock was cut off our storage unit by the thieves who notched out the latch. Apparently, the locks have gotten secure enough that now thieves cut through the subpar latch that CubeSmart installs on the doors. Also, we seemingly aren't the only victims because I saw a few other storage units with the same latch damage. If CubeSmart requires/strongly advises such good locks, the latch security should match.
