There was leak in storage and sent email it nothing was done.One time I was out of town and made payment after I got back but was locked out of storage even after making payment. I was locked out more than a week.had to wait for hours for them to open

Management and the staff were never around for simple questions and they rarely returned any calls. Lastly, I gave a 30 day notice then let them know I had cleaned and vacated the unit then I received late pay notices & late fee notices. After several attempts to leave voice msgs I called the overall Customer service number and finally complained. I had a rep call me back and handled it immediately. It’s unfortunate that one place can create a bad review because they lacked the simple skill of returning calls and handling a very simple request.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the specific location. Store manager never being there until hours after it opened almost every time I went there. If I wasn't able to get in there was no one I could get a hold of because again the manager would never show up on time and be hours late. Then when I moved out I still couldn't get a hold of anybody at the location for almost 2 months and then I finally get a call from the store manager telling me I owe you guys money. I will be riding a very long Google review on how horrible your company is. Specifically this location.

My unit got broken into not once but twice it was becoming a hassle been trying to file police reports come up with receipts of things that I had inside the unit and to file a claim it wasn't as easy as it was explained to me the staff was great when I moved in but as incidents happened they were not very friendly my side business equipment got chicken I was just really upset with the whole situation and things didn't get resolved I only had a certain amount of time to file a claim just a really big hassle

Because you are in need of better security at the location. My unit was broken into twice .
