This particular CubeSmart Self Storage location and the employees that work there do not understand that not all the customers, despite the area it's in, are homeless drug addicts. My daughter and I was constantly treated as just another street person. The employees were unprofessional, snarky, and plain rude. It's just to easy to go somewhere else then to be treated with incivility and contempt.

Always friendly and helpful gave me discounts when my unit was broken into.

They stole my stuff,

They cut my lock off and put another on on

There was leak in storage and sent email it nothing was done.One time I was out of town and made payment after I got back but was locked out of storage even after making payment. I was locked out more than a week.had to wait for hours for them to open

Management and the staff were never around for simple questions and they rarely returned any calls. Lastly, I gave a 30 day notice then let them know I had cleaned and vacated the unit then I received late pay notices & late fee notices. After several attempts to leave voice msgs I called the overall Customer service number and finally complained. I had a rep call me back and handled it immediately. It’s unfortunate that one place can create a bad review because they lacked the simple skill of returning calls and handling a very simple request.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the specific location. Store manager never being there until hours after it opened almost every time I went there. If I wasn't able to get in there was no one I could get a hold of because again the manager would never show up on time and be hours late. Then when I moved out I still couldn't get a hold of anybody at the location for almost 2 months and then I finally get a call from the store manager telling me I owe you guys money. I will be riding a very long Google review on how horrible your company is. Specifically this location.
