The communication and administrative support was nonexistent/terrible. I cannot even count how many time times I've had to repeat the same message to your staff, only to repeat it again 30-60 days later. Emails, voicemails and texts go unresponded to. The area/district manager or regional manager is unresponsive. No one is ever at the location office nor the one they claim to be at, a couple miles down the street. very poorly ran company from an operations standpoint. Actual facility is rundown. Prices are high. Literally rented a unit 100 sq. ft. larger, temperature controlled, 24 hour live feed cameras and access for $275. per month less, not sitting in the ghetto.
