Too expensive, no assistance, rental increases but no modern updates. GM could only provide $5 Dollar discount on $500+ worth of monthly storage payments.

I would have put a ten but I was waiting there for a minute to pay for the storage but besides that every was good

The exit gate key panel wasn't working, so I got cpl guys with trucks to help me move out but facility was locked up on Sunday. We wasted a day.

Ever since Cube smart took over my experience has been a 0. My rates were continuously going up. I had to have my due date changed because every time I would go in I was being charged a late fee. Even after having my due date changed I was being charged a late fee because there was never anybody in the office to pay my bill. I understand that there are other options which I do not want to use and I should not have to use the other options if the business hours say that they are open someone should be there to take my payment.
