Staff at this location was very accommodating and helpful with answering any questions we had. We would suggest it to anyone we know, who needs a storage unit.

The exit gate key panel wasn't working, so I got cpl guys with trucks to help me move out but facility was locked up on Sunday. We wasted a day.

Ever since Cube smart took over my experience has been a 0. My rates were continuously going up. I had to have my due date changed because every time I would go in I was being charged a late fee. Even after having my due date changed I was being charged a late fee because there was never anybody in the office to pay my bill. I understand that there are other options which I do not want to use and I should not have to use the other options if the business hours say that they are open someone should be there to take my payment.

Great management that are very friendly and hepful. Athough the area is kinda "iffy" the facility seems safe and secure. Plenty of space for our needs right now.

The manager Ashley was very friendly professional & helpful. I'm a disabled veteran deaf in right ear & she took her time explaining everything to me.
