The last person I referred over lost thousand of dollars because the local agent told him he had to move two months after move in because Joseph (local agent) kept harassing him. No refund, no moving assistance and very unprofessional. Unit I rented wasn't the one I requested and is filthy. I requested to move into unit N2 but nobody is ever at the office on Menaul. Went on Sunday to try and correct only to find the little gate with a red lock on it.

I moved in and was contacted by their representative that they needed my unit for something for their business that I need to find another unit. They did not have a unit the size I needed so I ended up moving out paying an extra expense to move out. I tried to contact them numerous times to let them know that I moved out but never got anybody to answer or return my phone call. I was badgered by your company that I owed for rent in a unit that I didn’t have anymore, for months. The management for your storage unit should be fired and replaced immediately.. I even thought about filing a suit for harassment. I will never do business with your company again nor will I even consider recommending you to any of my friends or family..

I do not have access to my storage unit.

The communication and administrative support was nonexistent/terrible. I cannot even count how many time times I've had to repeat the same message to your staff, only to repeat it again 30-60 days later. Emails, voicemails and texts go unresponded to. The area/district manager or regional manager is unresponsive. No one is ever at the location office nor the one they claim to be at, a couple miles down the street. very poorly ran company from an operations standpoint. Actual facility is rundown. Prices are high. Literally rented a unit 100 sq. ft. larger, temperature controlled, 24 hour live feed cameras and access for $275. per month less, not sitting in the ghetto.
