I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the specific location. Store manager never being there until hours after it opened almost every time I went there. If I wasn't able to get in there was no one I could get a hold of because again the manager would never show up on time and be hours late. Then when I moved out I still couldn't get a hold of anybody at the location for almost 2 months and then I finally get a call from the store manager telling me I owe you guys money. I will be riding a very long Google review on how horrible your company is. Specifically this location.

My unit got broken into not once but twice it was becoming a hassle been trying to file police reports come up with receipts of things that I had inside the unit and to file a claim it wasn't as easy as it was explained to me the staff was great when I moved in but as incidents happened they were not very friendly my side business equipment got chicken I was just really upset with the whole situation and things didn't get resolved I only had a certain amount of time to file a claim just a really big hassle

Because you are in need of better security at the location. My unit was broken into twice .
