My unit got broken into not once but twice it was becoming a hassle been trying to file police reports come up with receipts of things that I had inside the unit and to file a claim it wasn't as easy as it was explained to me the staff was great when I moved in but as incidents happened they were not very friendly my side business equipment got chicken I was just really upset with the whole situation and things didn't get resolved I only had a certain amount of time to file a claim just a really big hassle

Lack of communication

the first night I was there I got locked in lost track of time did not have a phone on me to call the emergency number. i slept in my storage till morning when i was woke up by banging on the door the lady said my lease was terminated i explained to her the situation she didn't want to hear it. The night I was there you can hear people all through the night in the yard????? The place is so dirty the dumpster is over full trash everywhere

Because you're stamp as ignorant, and your security is shit.And you got people living in your fucking storage units who are stealing from other people that you're supposed to be protecting that from happening when they're shit is in your storage units , you're fucking joke
