The service was excellent, an the storage was very clean an well kept.An that Iit was very well maintain.

Online rental setup was a breeze; however, there were a couple glitches on actual move-in that could stand improvement. The unit I rented was locked up (by facility, not another renter) on my move-in date and the access code didn't conform to the [unit number+last 4 of phone] which added an unnecessary extra 45 minutes to the move-in. That said, after those problems were resolved, the experience has been stellar.

great pick up and drop offneed to fix app- it said it was dropped off at a different location, but your worker saw on his end it was correct address. my end, stated different place.

Price way to high. I was so discouraged when our payments jumped in very high increments. I hadn't been able to get into account online in over 2 years. And then to have over 1200 dollars of stuff ruined by getting wet.
