The representative at the 11801 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111 location was friendly and professional. I've never needed to move cross-country and have all my possessions put into a storage unit...it has been a very stressful time. But Stephanie (sp?) really made me feel very confident in using CubeSmart, and after talking with 2 other storage companies/locations, she was the most friendly and professional.

Great Location, Easy access into, and leaving. Units i like, you have a choice in the size you will need. Clean, secure with a lock you can purchase in the Office. It is located on a main road, so it’s easy to spot. Clean lot and inside the storage area. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly.

The only issue was the trash the wind gets into the unit, my things got dirt all over .Other than that customer service was very warmed and helpful to my needs.
