It is located on a main road, so it’s easy to spot. Clean lot and inside the storage area. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly.

The only issue was the trash the wind gets into the unit, my things got dirt all over .Other than that customer service was very warmed and helpful to my needs.

Overall, the experience was easy and pleasant.

My space was broken into during my stay there. Security is questionable. Customer service was extremely poor. Employees were either absent or unresponsive. I sent two emails and left two phone messages that I had vacated my and was still charged for another month. This was eventually rectified. Also, monthly fee was increased to 160 dollars but it was only around 100 dollars a couple of years ago.

The service was excellent, an the storage was very clean an well kept.An that Iit was very well maintain.

Online rental setup was a breeze; however, there were a couple glitches on actual move-in that could stand improvement. The unit I rented was locked up (by facility, not another renter) on my move-in date and the access code didn't conform to the [unit number+last 4 of phone] which added an unnecessary extra 45 minutes to the move-in. That said, after those problems were resolved, the experience has been stellar.
