because there is an issue with the gate that has prevented me from being able to move in on a day that I wanted to (sunday).

We still have not received the refund for the incorrect billing.

The staff is amazing above and beyond. But the gates dont work. I have to use a comb lock to open and close the gate to gain access to the lockers area.

everything was great until the time it came to end the contract, then I had to follow up with repeated emails to the office to close out the contract even though I met with them the day of move out and they said I didn't need to do anything else.
