What’s never informed that my storage was broken into or the box were broken off and was not reimbursed for my month that I paid while the lock was being broken off and a red security lock was put on when I went to remove my property from the storage I had to call an individual who was Not working at the time terrible experience bad customer service with the individual who went to open the storage for me never again

Rental storage unit was not checked before renting. Unit had a foot and a half dented opening in which other adjacent unit could reach in. I did appreciate my rate being discounted, credited and switched to the same size. The guy in the office, Angelo, was very kind and gave great customer service!
