There were mouse dropping everywhere! I also had to call the police for my own safety after finding the rear entry door propped open and a person in shorts and socks being in the building before it’s opening. There was another person who appeared to be living in a unit at the time that I moved my items out. There seems to be a complete lack of security oversight at this location. However, the staff members I interacted with were very helpful

The woman in the office, Heather, was great. She was very knowlegable, and was quick to take care of everything. Nice personality. Makes you feel good.

The process was easy and straightforward.

Apparently there is no limit to use with the carts. I waited over an hour last night while a bunch of women had 2 carts filled with stuff, but weren't unloading anything while the just talked. No work.

It took advantage of me when I was been in surgery. No physical messages. When I wasNot in possession of my phone. Never late, and it locked me out of my storage unit.They it had problems with the security gates and could not get into my unit for 5 days, locked out for 10 days. In the winter, we got stuck in their driveway because they didn't put any salt down and had to be towed. The rent increase with no notice was the last straw.

I asked for a 10 x 10 but did not get a full 10 x 10, the bathrooms are not clean and usable after hours, there are people living in these areas
