Most of the time I spoke with your employees over the phone. However I spoke with David in person when I came in to get another unit. He was extremely helpful in getting a great price, but also helping me to close kne of my unit. He's truly an asset to your company.

The facility is large and clean. The general manager is very helpful and knows his buisness. The initial rent is affordable we will see how high they raise it in a couple months.

Well first day there the guy at the front said the doors are acting funny but he has it fixed for now. I came back later around 4-5 to find both the front and back doors are locked and the when you put in the code it says offline. The next day found the same thing and when I called the 809 number I talked to someone that told me sorry my day off I can’t help you. So yeah not high on my list right now

Thanks to the gentlemen who helped, I went to a few storage facility earlier that morning wasn’t to welcoming and pricing was ridiculous . The storage unit facility clean the climate control was perfect

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and has air conditioning. There are packing supplies for sale. There is a variety of storage sizes. I appreciated the help that Kelsea and David gave me at the Aldan, PA facility.

price increased on our most recent storage unit in less than 3 months. not really cool. and though there was evidence of rodents in the facility, it wasn't invasive and the space overall was clean. management team (David and Mac) were professional, friendly, and attentive.
