Great customer service and follow up! I was very pleased with the welcome process!

Smooth process, elevators always worked, gate always worked, the hallways were fresh and clean and shiny.

I used the storage unit for two years. When I opened it back up to remove the items, the unit was very clean, no sign of pests, very little dust and no signs of warping or damage to the wood furniture. There was no musty odor. It was a relief to know that my valuables were safe and preserved well.

It was easy to reserve and coordinate the unit i needed. Staff called me to answer my questions, and my unit was clean and ready to use wheb I arrived.

The store is secure with easy access with code. But aircon was not working several weekend when I was unpacking. Next, the fees for storage was raised unreasonably fast in the past half a way, leading to many users decide to give up storage at the end.

Customer service was consistently lacking. As a long time customer, I was always surprised by how indifferent management was at this location. Costs were excessive, and there was no effort to take care of existing customers, or to enable them to take advantage of any specials. Businesses that do not appreciate, or care about, existing customers are not businesses I wish to frequent, so I said "that's it" and decided to leave.

They wouldn’t refund us for an unused/not accessed unit that was accidentally booked at the wrong location.
