I’m paying for “climate controlled,” but it is so hot and stuffy. I have had climate controlled units before. They were nothing like this one.

it has been easy to store and pick up. the few times I have needed help there is a nice person to help me.

Price always went up and up

The site is clean and easy to access, and the staff is very helpful and responsive.

It depends on which storage. I've used the storage at Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria VA and it's great, but the one in Rose Hills is not so - customer service is poor, there's no elevator and only the exterior is clean and neat. Inside the building and the stairs are not. I was soooo disapointed when I saw it!

Safe and great place

The rental fee on my storage unit has increased exponentially since CubeSmart to over Holly Hill Self Storage. Once i was notifed that the rent on my unit was going up yet again and swiftly approaching $200 per month, i decided that i would rather get rid of everything in my unit before i pay another rental increase. Why would i recommend someone else go through that experience and inconvenience?

I have no acquaintances who would be looking for storage in the area. My own experience was positive.

The office staff were always so helpful and I had a smooth move in/out process.

No dolly, no cart.
