No matter the location, CubeSmart always makes sure the property is clean and presentable. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful whenever we have had questions about our unit. Lastly, the customer dashboard is clean and easy to utilize, which makes paying the bill a breeze

The facility was very clean. During most visits I saw an onsite member walking through and inspecting. I always felt safe as well.

Access hrs are not convenient because I work long hrs .

Being able to speak to a real person on site was the deciding factor for me, even though a storage place across the street was a little less in price but there was no one there to answer questions or show me a unit. There was a QR code on the door for me to scan and do everything on line. UGH!
