Access hrs are not convenient because I work long hrs .

Being able to speak to a real person on site was the deciding factor for me, even though a storage place across the street was a little less in price but there was no one there to answer questions or show me a unit. There was a QR code on the door for me to scan and do everything on line. UGH!
