good service, clean, but expensive

Always found the premises clean, and secure. My encounters with staff were always professional.

Easy access, generally clean, and secure.

This place was always clean and was easy to access. The temperature was controlled well and I knew my things were safe.

Storage unit was great but I called the office a couple of times and couldn’t reach anyone. I left messages but calls were never returned.

Great location; clean facility; friendly staff

This place is not up to the standard that you charge for your units. There are lights burnt out and service garage door is broken and the exit door does not stay open without a stick in it.During a move in move or out everything has to go in or out through the regular size door (that doesn't stay open).The convenience items (carts) are not convenient because half of them are broken and do not roll properly.I would not recommend this facility. Many other options available in the area that are better and less expensive.
