It is a good air-conditioned facility that is reasonably well maintained.

The Eisenhower location unit had been infiltrated by birds/or bats. There were droppings on the walls of my unit. The floor also had rodent droppings and there was urine on the wrappings of one of my paintings stored.We love the new unit in Shirlington, it is very clean, and well maintained.

This place was always clean and was easy to access. The temperature was controlled well and I knew my things were safe.

Storage unit was great but I called the office a couple of times and couldn’t reach anyone. I left messages but calls were never returned.
