The facility itself was fine--easy to access and our items were housed safely for the year they were in storage. However, I didn't appreciate the unit rental rate being raised so soon after we started our yearlong contract. It was an expensive year.

I had a great experience using CubeSmart Storage. The facilities were always extremely clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable keeping my belongings there. The staff was friendly, professional, and communicative whenever I had questions or needed. Boxes, locks, and other moving supplies were always fully stocked and genuinely useful, which made everything much more convenient.Overall, CubeSmart made the entire storage process smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage. 10/10 experience!

No, I will not recommend this location to anyone because of how quickly I was interrupted. When asking if I could get military discount either back tracked for last month or even this month, since this was my military move and I was told I’d receive it once I showed my ID in person by a gentleman who confirmed my reservation last month. However, when I initially utilized the storage, it was after hours then I left the city and came back this time to clear it out. My final bill is not due until next month. The kind gentlemen who was helping me didn’t get a chance to answer my question before the rude lady next to him said “no,” without any consideration. I have been to better locations where people are kind, professional, and won’t make a customer feel like an inconvenience for a measly $5 or less of a discount especially for a military personnel. The lady who was behind the desk before closing time on December 26th, 2025 was not nice, and she didn’t have to be that way.

Very easy to set up the storage room and online account. No issues with accessing my storage unit or with any adjustments to my account. Manager was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I would definitely use CubeSmart again for any future long-term storage needs.
