The facility is clean and well maintained, customer service is great, however, your constant ridiculous rate increases priced me out of your business. The rate increases of 40+ dollars every time made the cost unsustainable for me and there was no room for negotiations. Great facility but overpriced due to the constant high rate increases! You preferred to lose a customer than to negotiate to keep a customer.

I was a consistent customer for nearly 6.5 years, and rather than reward loyalty you chose to price gouge, raising the rent exorbitantly each year even during a global pandemic. I would never use Cubesmart again and will actively encourage people to seek alternative storage arrangements.
