New management is never available ever on property or always away. Units are much hotter than when Extra space owned and not clean. price inincreases excessive.

​I cannot recommend this place. Every few months, they would raise the rent without justification. My monthly rate skyrocketed from $106.00 to $269.00 in just a matter of months. To make matters worse, when I decided to leave, they refused to refund the remaining portion of my prepaid rent. This business lacks credibility and fair practices, which is exactly why I moved out.

used this CubeSmart location for about three years while living in Florida, even though my storage unit was in Texas. When it was time to move out, Stacy and Tiffany went above and beyond to help me take care of everything remotely. Thanks to their help, I didn’t have to travel to Texas to empty the unit or close out the account. They were kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend this location.
