Continous rate increase was my biggest regret even though i have been with you all for 4/5 yrs

It was easy and problem free - the only “complaint” I have is the price increases over my time being there. The price started out okay, but increased drastically so that was a little disappointing.

You raise your prices every time we recieved a bill even paying 6 months in advance. The customer gets nothing in return.

Our rent was raised $30 a month. Over the years with our military moves we’ve used storage facilities and have never had the price go up so much at once. There is no reason for that other than wanting more money. That is why I would never recommend CubeSmart.

I came at various times during my tenure at Cube Smart and always felt safe. It is clean and has appropriate lighting and no bugs. Also, the flatbeds were a blessing as I am old and can't carry boxes in and out without those flatbeds. Thank you Cube Smart

We had multiple units at this location for a couple of years and during that time, the facility, location, cleanliness, and overall service was exceptional!

prices kept going up
