The online phone system was difficult. The on site manager was excellent. I had hoped the phone system would route me to the on site manager but it did not. All people were very professional, but their phone system was not effective.

Location, very close. Also, easy to get into storage, how clean the entire place is, the security including how the great lighting. Can't go wrong.
