Great location with ease of access to my storage unit. Very friendly responsive customer service.

I rented via phone. I was told there was a 10x20 unit available for a vehicle. When I got to the location, the unit was indeed a 10x20 but since this unit was located in a narrow alleyway, it was impossible to park the car in that unit. The local agent knew I had come in for my first time and she came to my unit. Unfortunately, there were no more 10x20 units left. I had to go up to a 10x25 which obviously was more money. I felt like I got bait and switched. The local personal were apologetic and helped the best they could.

Rates start low and then go very high.We have been at this location for 16 years.Downgraded to a 5x5 for $35/mo. When it got to $85, we decided to move out.
