First of all I sent an email about my experience. The reason I moved out yesterday was because the was an extremely hostile dangerous man moving in across from my unit screaming at me yelling at me and threatening me. I reported it immediately to staff and management. They did nothing about it and since then I moved out for my safety. Cube smart should handle safety measures better than this. I’m very disappointed and will not return to unsafe environment.

Kept raising prices…way over the market for same size unit.

Everything can be dine on line. Clean units. Good pricing. Absolutely no issues.

The idea that you would change the price of a store unit after a couple of months is just predatory.

William has been extremely professional and courteous is assisting me to date. If I ever need or know of anyone who needs storage in and around Alpharetta, GA I will highly recommended Cube Smart and this location in particular.

The price increases are insane

Several of my items in the storage was damaged by water...bugs and rodents.... plus my storage was broken into twice... so I have damaged to my belongings...there's items that are missing and damaged as if someone stood on top of one of the appliances....

I would have given a 10 but there were several occasions when the hall lights failed to come on. Being there alone, it was a bit unsettling at times.

It was okay. Rent kept going up and the lights were often out was dark and spooky so I could only go during day light hours.

I love how clean the unit was. Manager wasvery knowledgeable.
