Very clean, always accessible

Customer service and the store manager / front desk person are the main reason. Their customer service is amazing, the whole storage was always clean, I saw the manager / front desk person multiple times cleaning and picking up stuff. The storage unit itself was nice and clean when I first got it.It is a nice location and if I wasn’t moving out of the city I would still have that unit. 10/10

Convenience to where I needed to store my things and friendliness of staff

First of all I sent an email about my experience. The reason I moved out yesterday was because the was an extremely hostile dangerous man moving in across from my unit screaming at me yelling at me and threatening me. I reported it immediately to staff and management. They did nothing about it and since then I moved out for my safety. Cube smart should handle safety measures better than this. I’m very disappointed and will not return to unsafe environment.
