It was an easy and simple process to secure a unit. I only had it for two and half months, but it was always clean and the surroundings were always safe and secure. It was a GREAT experience having my things stored at Cube Smart. And, if I ever need this type of service again, I will look to Cube Smart first.

We needed a CubeSmart storage unit for two weeks while moving home. It was really conveniently located and the process of putting items into storage and taking them out again was really simple and easy and worked really well. It super easy to arrange and also really easy to cancel. We will definitely be using CuneSmart again in the future.

1. Complaint and formal grievance is against Lauren O’Donnell of CubeSmart store # 0377 located at 5635 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta, GA 300042. She Encouraged me to move to another storage site3. During my initial appointment that was initially scheduled for March 19th, I showed up; no one was physically on site the entire day, although Lauren assured me someone would be available to facilitate my needed transfer. I took off from work to schedule said appointment. I ended having to reschedule my appointment on March 25th; the day of my birthday (canceling all plans) just to facilitate the transfer.4. Had me waiting outside the office door in the hot heat on numerous occasions while visiting because she keeps the front on self lock mode5. On one occasion while waiting outside she looked me square in the eyes; continued to ignore while remaining in her phone call that lasted an additional 7 minutes.6. Denied my second payment which was in the amount of $329.00 because I came to her office at ten minutes prior to closing. She told me she closes everything and locks everything 15 minutes before the posted closing business hours so that she can make it home before traffic gets bad.7. She only accepted my $329.00 payment only after I mentioned submitting a formal complaint to the corporate office.8. Was very rude and unprofessional. Bad voice tone and not professional.9. Repeatedly questioned the validity of my renters homeowners insurance policy because she stated although the policy was valid; she needed the policy to specify whether the policy was for an apartment or single family home10. She has repeatedly told me that she would deny any future requests I have for a courtesy rate adjustment because per her I have received too many in the past (ExtraSpace does this all the time for me as a courtesy and customer retention tool).11. She wouldn’t go upstairs to remove the overlocks so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to have this done only once her coworker Alex stepped in to kindly assist me with this.12. She initially denied me the lower market rate and asked me to pay a significantly much higher rate for a transfer to a separate unit of a different size (not the same exact size).13. Denied me a physical paper printout of my receipts; after having submitted almost $600.00 payments. Wanted my receipts to have a better picture of what I was exactly paying, etc.14. Wouldn’t turn on all the interior lights so that I thoroughly see items and articles I was trying to move or relocate.15. Even after I successfully attained the new unit; she still hasn’t emailed me a copy of the new contract for the new unit.16. Essentially, I had a very bad terrible experience (to say the least) with Lauren and on of all days it had to happen on my birthday. Ruined my entire day (and week).17. Alexander was nice and very professional. My sole complaint is against Lauren.18. Please escalate and assist! Thank you!19.

You raised the rent every term. When I asked for it to be lowered. The response was no. I am paying and average of $70 a month for the next year. Compared to the almost $200 my rent was raised to.
