You raised the rent every term. When I asked for it to be lowered. The response was no. I am paying and average of $70 a month for the next year. Compared to the almost $200 my rent was raised to.

It makes no sense to offer a price online for a larger unit, but not honor that price switching from a smaller unit to a larger unit. Thus, instead of collecting a discounted rent, you are collecting none.

The whole experience was great. The front office staff was so nice, patient with questions and helpful. The storage facility was clean and everything was what you told me or as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Very fast set up processThe only thing was how big of a deal they made about providing documentation for insurance. If the customer assumes all responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen and they waive the insurance, this shouldn't be a reason to charge someone an additional fee per month, it just seems like nickel and diming a bit.
