Once we moved and emptied the units, there were quite a few boxes with clear moisture damage. There were many times I went into the storage and it was quite warm in there. I get the temperature regulation is too control moisture, but I feel like maybe the owner is an Indian and to pinch every penny, had the AC at the minimum in the hotter months. Otherwise I guess it was fine as far as a storage concept. But I don't have anything to compare it to.
