Raising fees without warning. Having low first month but then ended up paying 250 by the end is absurd when other units are half that. No proration when I moved out the first week of the month.

OFFER GOOD PRICE TO MOVE IN THEN INCREASE JUST A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER. Can not reach pad to enter code from inside car. have to put car in park, unhook seatbelt open car door to reach buttons. TRIED TO USE CELL PHONE TO ENTER, BUT KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGE. This is doubly inconvenient if raining. Doors to access building close too quick after entering code. There have been times that doors close by the time I walk back to dolly which it right there ready to roll inside. It is too warm.
