Clean facility and great staff

The entire transaction was virtual. I received an email with all of the pertinent information needed. Upon my arrival, I found my storage unit and everything I needed (key and physical instructions) were provided.

The facility was clean and well lighted, the staff waw attentive and supportive. I received rapid responses to any and all questions during the length of my storage. There was no hesitancy to communicate and when they couldn't get back to you, it was because they were legitimately busy and not because they were slacking off. Communications were clear and understandable, in many cases the staff was pro-active in communicating upcoming changes. The only thing that kept this experience from being an "11" was that several of the "corporate policies" were a bit restrictive and allowed no room for negotiations.

The check in process was extremely easy. The place itself is very clean. Front desk knew everything and was able to answer all questions for me.
