I worked mostly employee named Que, who was very attentive to our storage needs and was always professional and thorough explaining storage billing and requirements. She was a charm! Also, kudos to the other employees in her office and were also very helpful.

Chad and Christina were so helpful in assisting me with figuring out what to do from going from a 10x25x8 to a 10x15x8. We decided to put another one on stand by in case I needed it. I appreciate all their help.

The entire transaction was virtual. I received an email with all of the pertinent information needed. Upon my arrival, I found my storage unit and everything I needed (key and physical instructions) were provided.
