Positive: very clean, only two palmettos / cockroaches seen in over 2 years, friendly staffNegative: office is frequently unstaffed during the day as someone is either out to lunch or walking the property and there usually seems to be only one staff member on duty. Bathrooms are regularly locked and unavailable, especially on Sundays when there’s no one there. Price keeps going up the longer I start there. New leases are typically less expensive that what I’m paying.
