Angela has been awesome! She has great customer service skills as well as genuinely caring about what you need. The units are clean and gave pest control to prevent you're things from being destroyed! You definitely get what you pay for and I recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

While the over the phone assistance was fantastic, the in- person experience was quite different. The office hours do not match was is on the website which caused issues during 2 instances. There was also evidence of rodent presence. Several boxes had chewed edges with damaged contents including clothing and books. Clear rodent footprints were on some items supporting the suspicion. When noticed, the office was unreachable and customer service was not notified and owns began being moved out soon thereafter. There was an instance of being locked in the gate just after access hours and the phone number on the gate for emergencies proved to be unsuccessful at reaching anyone. Calling the corporate number, followed by a number of transfers, resulted in finally reaching someone able to help. The decision to leave was also based on pricing increases of 25% after the first 4 months.

Nice and clean upon moving in. Staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. I recommend this Alvin Cube Smart to everyone.
